Genpact

We are based out of an apartment building called Classic Appt in Sector 57, Gurgaon. It is a bit different from the huge glass towers you see on the main highway, but it works for us. Sector 57 is mostly houses and quiet streets, so it is a bit calmer here than in the rest of the city. We spend our days doing a lot of process work and handling data on our screens. It is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything matches up. We do not have a big, fancy reception area or any corporate mission statements on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. The commute can be quite a challenge, especially when the Gurgaon roads start flooding in the monsoon, but we manage to get here. We are just a group of people who know how to handle the tasks given to us. We have our routines, like the morning coffee and the lunch breaks where we talk about normal things. It is not a high-pressure sales environment. We just focus on the lists and the numbers. It is a steady kind of job. We are not trying to be anything special, just a team getting through the workload. This is our office, and this is where we spend our time. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day.
