Genpact

Our spot is at House No 32, on the Second Floor in Block C of Ardeecity. This is in Sector-52 of Gurgaon, with the pin code 122001. It’s a bit different from the usual office buildings you find in Gurgaon because Ardeecity is more of a residential township. We are based in a regular house that’s been set up for our work at Genpact. Climbing up to the second floor every morning is our little bit of exercise. The space is quite comfortable and doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. We have several rooms that we’ve turned into work areas. It’s pretty quiet in this part of Sector-52, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at the front door. We just have our name on the gate. Inside, it’s all very functional. We have a small kitchen where we can heat up our lunch. There’s a terrace too, which is nice when the weather is good. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't really have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up, get through our tasks for the day, and head out. It’s a very honest and straightforward place to work. We like the fact that it feels a bit like a home. It’s just us doing our jobs in a normal house.
