Genpact

Working out of two different spots keeps us pretty busy, with one office over at 1003 in Gurgaon, right opposite the Sector 14 market. That area is always buzzing with people and cars, so there’s never a quiet moment during the day. If you’re trying to find us there, you’ll definitely notice how crowded the market gets during lunchtime. Then we have the other place in Jaipur, over at S.D.-4 in Shanti Nagar. It’s situated on Majdoor Marg, just off Ajmer Road. Having teams in both Haryana and Rajasthan means we spend a lot of time on calls or checking in with each other to make sure everyone is on the same page. Genpact has been around these parts for quite some time, and we’ve seen these neighborhoods grow up around us. The Jaipur office has its own rhythm compared to the Gurgaon one, which feels a bit more rushed because of the local market energy. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do; we just show up and handle the work that comes our way. The building in Shanti Nagar is a bit more tucked away, which is nice when you need to actually focus without all the honking from the main road. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve learned to just deal with it and keep moving forward with our daily tasks.
