Genpact

We are located over in Ganganagar Garha, right here in Jabalpur. It’s not a fancy part of town or anything, just a regular spot where we show up every morning and get to work. Most days it’s pretty quiet outside, but you get the usual traffic noise from the main road if the windows are open. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is simple and everyone knows where it is if you ask around the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers and people trying to stay busy. We have our little routines, like grabbing tea or chatting for a bit before the day really picks up. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the fans are always going. Sometimes the power acts up, but we just deal with it. It’s a local place through and through. You see the same faces every day, both inside the office and out on the street. It feels like a small community in this part of Jabalpur. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the door so people know they’re in the right place. It’s a steady kind of life here at Ganganagar Garha. We just focus on what needs doing and try to head home on time when the sun starts going down. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we don't really ask for much more than that.
