Genpact

We are over at Flat Nu478 in Sector 30, inside the Jal Vayu Vihar area of Gurgaon. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a bit of a different kind of workday compared to being in a big office park. We don’t have a flashy sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular setup where we get our work done. Being in Jal Vayu Vihar means we see a lot of neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are at our desks. We’ve been in this particular spot for a while now. It’s very convenient for those of us who live nearby. The office is basically just a few rooms with computers and some desks squeezed into the space. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage to make it work. We usually go out for lunch at the small local shops nearby or just bring some food from home to eat together. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a practical place where we focus on the projects we have in front of us. Dealing with the Gurgaon traffic is always a headache, so being tucked away in Sector 30 is actually quite nice for a change. We just try to stay organized and keep up with all the emails and phone calls. It is a simple operation and we like the quiet atmosphere here.
