Genpact

We’re over at B-246 in Ramprastha, right in the heart of Ghaziabad. Genpact has been around for a while, and this office is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations. It’s a busy spot. There’s always someone coming or going, and the tea stall nearby is where most of our meetings actually happen. We don't have those fancy automatic doors or a gym in the basement. It’s just a solid building with desks and computers. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw to work. Ghaziabad is a loud, energetic place, and our office fits right in. We deal with a lot of data and paperwork for other businesses. It’s not the kind of thing you’d write a book about, but it’s important work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but we’re used to it. We’ve got a good group of people here. Some have been with us since the start. We don’t really care about titles much. If the floor needs sweeping or a computer needs fixing, whoever is closest just does it. We try to be helpful to our neighbors too. It’s a tight-knit community in Ramprastha. We’ve seen kids grow up and new shops open while we’ve been sitting at these desks. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who want to do a decent job every single day without a lot of fuss.
