Our office is located at 33, Friend’s Enclave in the Dayal Bagh area of Agra. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than the parts of the city where the tourists go. We handle things for Gateway Rail from here. It’s not a massive train yard or anything like that; it’s just our base for managing the logistics and the paperwork. The office is a simple setup in a standard building. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the business. Most of the people working here live nearby in Agra, so we’ve got a good local feel. We start the day with a bit of a meeting to see what’s coming in on the tracks and what needs to be moved. It's practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing talk. We’re more concerned with schedules and making sure things are where they need to be. The enclave is a nice enough place to work, with a bit of greenery around that you don't always get in the middle of a busy city. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish up our reports. It’s just a normal, everyday environment. We focus on being reliable and getting the tasks finished before we head home for dinner. It’s a steady job in a steady part of town. We’ve been here for years now and know the neighbors.
