We are tucked away at 33, Friend`S Enclave in the Dayal Bagh area of Agra. Most people around here know us as the rail office. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of paperwork regarding the railway logistics. Agra gets hot. We usually have the coolers running full blast while we sort through the daily schedules. Our team isn't very big, just a handful of locals who know the rail business inside and out. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate lobby. If you walk past Friend`S Enclave, you might not even realize we're here unless you’re looking for the address. It’s a quiet residential-feeling patch of the city. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for moving goods by rail. It can get a bit chaotic when the trains are delayed or there’s a mix-up with the containers, but we manage. Most of us have worked here for years and we've seen the neighborhood grow around us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the rail operations moving smoothly from our little corner of Agra. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes, but that’s just how things go. We just focus on getting the job done day by day.
