We are located at Mullahera, specifically Flat No 08 on Plot No 483 in Sector 22. This is where Gamma Pizzakraft Pvt. Ltd operates as a franchisee for Pizza Hut. It’s a busy little corner of Gurgaon. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do here. From early morning, we’re busy checking the supplies and making sure the ovens are ready. It’s not a glamorous job, but there’s something satisfying about the smell of fresh dough and seeing the orders go out on time. The staff here is a tight-knit group. We spend most of our shifts on our feet, moving between the prep tables and the delivery counter. Sector 22 is a crowded area, so our delivery drivers have to be really good at navigating the narrow lanes around Mullahera. We don't have a big corporate dining room; it’s more about the hustle and bustle of getting food to people’s doors. Sometimes it gets incredibly busy, especially on weekend nights when everyone wants a pizza. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the stack of orders. It can be hot and loud in the kitchen, but that’s just how it goes. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the boxes are packed right and the food is hot when it leaves Plot 483. We work hard, we clean up at night, and we come back to do it all over again.
