We are based out of the D.D.A. Flats at Lawrence Road, specifically in C-1, 96. If you know the Keshav Puram area, you know it’s quite a busy hub with a lot of movement. Being in the flats means we are right in the middle of a residential community. The building is one of those standard D.D.A. constructions that have been around for quite some years. It’s a bit grey and the hallways are often filled with boxes or parked bicycles. Our space is functional, with just enough room for the desks and some storage for our equipment. Lawrence Road itself is usually packed with trucks and commercial vehicles, so the air is often a bit dusty and it can get quite loud during the day. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit but keeps us cool enough when the Delhi heat really kicks in. Most of our work involves managing schedules and talking to people on the site. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture, just sturdy tables and chairs that have seen better days. The tea stall right outside the main gate is where we usually end up during our breaks. It’s a very practical way to work, without any of the unnecessary polish you find in the newer office parks. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure everything is handled properly before we lock up for the day.
