We are located at Shop No 108 in A Block, which is part of Pocket E in Dilshad Garden. If you know where Sahara Mall is, we are right next to it. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. Our business is all about glass. We sell different types and also do the service part, like fixing windows or cutting pieces to fit specific frames. Working with glass is always a bit nerve-wracking because one wrong move and everything shatters. We have to be very careful when we’re moving the big sheets around the shop. The space isn't huge, so we have to be organized, though sometimes it looks a bit cluttered with offcuts and tools lying around. Dilshad Garden is a crowded area, so there’s always people walking past the shop window. We get a mix of people coming in—some are just looking for a small mirror, while others need help with bigger glass projects for their homes. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how to handle glass without getting cut too often. We just open up every morning, check what orders are pending, and get to work. It’s a steady rhythm and we like being part of the local market scene near the mall.
