Our office is at 415A in Saraswati Vihar, over in the Chakkarpur area of Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the local streets, but we like it here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and it suits us just fine. We handle travel arrangements, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking monitors. Saraswati Vihar is a busy little place, and there’s always something happening outside the window. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a functional office where we keep our records and talk to people. Sometimes customers come in with a lot of questions, and we just sit down and talk through the options. It’s very informal. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to get the bookings right. The heat in Gurgaon can be a lot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the fans and the small AC we’ve got. We know the neighbors, the guy who brings the water, and the person who clears the trash. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group working out of a quiet corner of Chakkarpur. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
