Front Office Asst.

We are located somewhere in the area between Delhi and Gurgaon. It is kind of hard to give a single street address because we tend to work in different spots across this whole corridor. The name Front Office Asst. is basically what we are and what we do. We help out at the front desk or take care of things when people first walk into a building. We aren't a massive company with a big office of our own. It’s more of a small team of us who know how to handle a reception area. We spend a lot of our time traveling back and forth between Delhi and Gurgaon. One day we might be at a small business in South Delhi and the next we are at a big office in Gurgaon. We don't have a fancy website or anyone doing marketing for us. We just rely on what we know and our phones to get things done. It involves a lot of greeting visitors, taking calls, and making sure the mail gets to the right desk. Sometimes the traffic on the highway is a nightmare, but that is just something we have to deal with every day. We don't pretend to be the most advanced team out there. We are just normal people who spend our days organizing things at the front door. We've been doing this for a long time and we know all the shortcuts between the two cities by now.
