Friends Tools Corporation

We are located right on Delhi Road in Dundahera. Friends Tools Corporation has been sitting on this stretch for quite some time. It’s a noisy spot with all the trucks and cars zooming by all day. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have what people are looking for. We spend a lot of time just sorting through boxes and checking what came in. The air out here is usually a bit dusty because of the construction nearby. We don't really have a front desk, just a counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes we’re in the back and don’t hear someone come in right away. You might have to shout a bit over the traffic noise. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on Delhi Road. We just want to stay open and keep the shelves full. Some days are really hectic and others we just sit around and drink tea while waiting for the next person. It’s a simple life here. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything. A lot of stuff is still written down in ledgers. The fans are always running in the summer, but it stays warm inside. People stop by on their way into the city or heading out. It’s a convenient spot for them, I guess. We’ve got a lot of regulars who’ve been coming here for years. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs us. It's a plain business but we like the routine and the people.
