Freelance Consultant

I'm working out of E142 in Westend Heights, which is part of DLF Phase V in Gurgaon. It’s a decent area, quite built up these days. Being a freelance consultant means I don't have a big office building or a reception desk. It's just me here in Haryana. The 122002 pincode is pretty common for this part of town. I've been in India my whole life, and Gurgaon has changed so much. DLF Phase V used to look a lot different, but now it’s all high-rises and busy streets. From where I am, you can see the other buildings, and it gets pretty loud with the construction and the cars sometimes. I handle everything myself. There’s no assistant or marketing team writing this. I just sit at my desk and get to work on whatever project is on my plate. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, not having coworkers to chat with by the water cooler, but I like the quiet when I can get it. If you're looking for the place, Westend Heights is easy to spot. Most delivery drivers know it. I don't really have a big sign out front or anything. Just a regular spot where the work gets done. It’s practical. I keep my papers in order and try to stay on top of the emails. That’s pretty much how it goes every day here in Gurgaon. Sometimes I take a walk downstairs just to see some people, then it's back to the desk.
