We’re based out of Dw- 317 in the Nirvana part of Southcity-2. It’s actually a pretty nice spot in Gurgaon, tucked away from some of the heavier traffic you see on the main roads. Most of our days are spent in the classrooms or the office area here. We see a lot of young people coming through the doors, all of them hoping to get a start in the airline world. The atmosphere is usually quite focused, with students practicing how to walk, talk, and handle different situations. We’ve got a lot of training equipment packed into this space. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized with so many people coming and going. Sometimes the AC acts up when it’s too hot outside, which isn't ideal, but we manage. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff; we just show people what they need to learn and help them get through the modules. The staff here is pretty small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to fixing a jammed printer. It’s a lot of paperwork and scheduling, making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. Being in Southcity-2 is convenient because there are good places to grab lunch nearby. It’s just a regular training center where we try to keep things practical and straightforward for everyone who walks in. We hope they find what they are looking for here.
