Our office is located in Sector D of Priyadarshni Colony, right off Sitapur Road here in Lucknow. If you’re looking for us, we’re near the Kiran Gas station, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet until the main road traffic picks up in the evenings. We handle things for Fortune Select and the ITC Welcomegroup from this specific spot. Most of the time, it’s just us coordinating with the different departments and making sure the guest records are updated. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. Just a practical space at 1/67 A where the real work happens. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a kettle that’s always on. People often get lost trying to find the house number, so we usually tell them to look for the gas agency first. The rooms are a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We deal with whatever problems pop up during the day, whether it’s a booking error or just needing more supplies sent over. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy uniforms in this office, just regular clothes and a lot of coffee. It’s how we’ve been doing things for a while now in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get the job done for the guests because that is what is expected of us.
