This office is located in Gaurav Apartments in I.P. Extension, which is a bit of a residential hub in New Delhi. It’s at C-14, and it feels more like a community spot than a big corporate headquarters. We handle things for the hotels in Gurgaon from here. It’s a lot of coordination between the different properties and making sure the administration side is running smoothly. The apartment complex is usually quiet during the day when most people are out at work. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It gets quite busy with phone calls and emails going back and forth. Being in I.P. Extension is handy because the connectivity is good, though the traffic on the main road can be a headache in the evenings. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the paperwork finished. Sometimes we have to head over to Gurgaon for meetings, but most of the time we are right here in the apartment. The kitchen area is where we all gather for lunch and talk about things other than work. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now and it suits what we need. It’s not the most modern office, but it’s comfortable enough for the small team we have working here every day to handle the hotel business.
