Our office is tucked away in room 303 of Jamna Bhawan, right there in Nathupur. If you know DLF Phase III, you know it can get pretty busy around here with all the cars and people moving about. We spend most of our mornings dealing with emails and phone calls regarding travel plans. It’s a bit of a maze getting to U-27/11 sometimes, especially when the traffic in Gurgaon picks up during the morning rush. There’s a small tea shop nearby where most of us go for a quick break in the afternoon. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name now. The building itself is one of the older ones, not a glass skyscraper like the ones you see in other parts of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of folders. We don’t have fancy decorations, just some maps pinned on the walls and a few calendars. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. People stop by to ask about flights or hotels, and we just sit down and talk through the options. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we’re just a local group trying to help people get their trips sorted. It usually feels more like a community spot than a formal office.
