Our office is at House Number 92 in the Housing Board Colony of Gurgaon. It’s a simple residential neighborhood, and we’ve been operating out of here for some time now. We help people plan their trips and book their flights, so there is always a lot of chatter about different destinations. The office is basically a converted part of the house. It isn't very big, but it’s enough for our small team to sit and work. We have a few old computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we need. The walls are mostly bare, maybe a map or two pinned up. Since we are in a housing colony, it’s mostly quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor walking by. We don't have a big corporate budget, so we don't do any flashy advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and trying to find the best deals for holidays. It can be a bit of a headache when flights get canceled, but that’s just part of the job. We try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone who comes in. It’s just a local business trying to help folks get where they need to go. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because it feels like a real community.
