First Flight Couriers Ltd is located in Palam Colony. We are at House No. F 81/2, on Street No 14/5. If you are coming here, look for the masjid because we are right near it in Sadh Nagar-2. The streets here are narrow and always full of delivery bikes and people walking. It is a very busy residential area. Our office is just a part of the house really. We have packages piled up inside and there is always a lot of tape and boxes moving around. It gets pretty loud with the motorbikes coming in and out all day long. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It is just a practical hub for moving things from one place to another. The heat in Palam can be quite something in the summer, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. Being near the masjid means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which gives the place a nice rhythm. We just focus on getting the parcels sorted and sent out. There is no corporate talk here. We just know which street goes where and how to get through the traffic. It’s a lot of manual work and we stay busy from the moment we open the shutters. We’ve been here for a long time and the neighborhood feels like home even with all the noise. We just do our bit every day.
