Fibcom India Ltd.

Our office is at Cb-100A in the Dda Flats of Hari Nagar. It is in New Delhi-64. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office block. We have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. Fibcom India Ltd. is the name on the door, but to the people around here, we are just the guys working in the flat. We deal with technical things and communications stuff, so there are usually wires and boxes sitting in the corners. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We make our own tea in the little kitchen and spend the day on our computers or testing parts. Hari Nagar is a decent area, and being in the Dda flats means we have a lot of families living right next to us. It keeps things grounded. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It is a very straightforward way to run a company. We have our routines, we do the technical work that’s required, and we go home when the clock hits five. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it suits us just fine without any extra fuss or corporate layers. We just do the job.
