Fcm Travel Solution, C/O Friends Globe Travels

Our place is H.No.865 in Pocket-Iii of Sector-19, Dwarka. We operate as Fcm Travel Solution along with Friends Globe Travels. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we’ve been here in New Delhi for a good amount of time. Working in travel means things are always changing, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s located in a residential-feeling area, which makes it feel less like a cold corporate space. We spend a lot of time on our computers looking at routes and tickets. There are posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the marks on the paint. It isn’t the most modern office in 110075, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We try to help people figure out their trips without making it too complicated. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s dead quiet. We’ve had some long days here, especially when flights get cancelled. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Dwarka. We just try to be helpful and stay organized. It’s a regular job for us and we just take it one day at a time. The local tea stall knows our order by heart now. That’s just the way it is here. The front door is a little sticky in the rainy season, but you just have to pull hard.
