Fareportal

Our Fareportal team works out of House No.1271 in Sector 23A, Gurgaon. It is a residential house that has been converted into a workspace. Because it is a house, it does not really feel like a typical office building. There is a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small area where we sit and talk. Sector 23A is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of Gurgaon, which we actually like. It makes the workday feel a bit less intense. We spend a lot of time on our computers, usually with headphones on. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area. It is just a place where we get together to get our work done. The layout is a bit odd because it was meant to be a home, so some of us are in what used to be bedrooms. We do not mind it though. It is a relaxed environment and we do not have to deal with the stress of a big corporate park. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything is running right for the day. It is a simple, honest way to work without all the extra polish or corporate rules.
