Fareportal

Our workplace is at S.L.- 3 in Gurgaon, right in the 122001 area. It’s a pretty standard office building where we spend our hours looking at travel data and helping customers with their flights. Fareportal is a big name, but here on the floor, it’s just us trying to keep up with the volume of work every day. Things get very busy, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. No one is sitting in leather chairs drinking fancy tea; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of focus on the screens. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been in the travel business for decades and others who are just starting out. The energy is usually high because there is always a problem to solve or a ticket to fix for a traveler. Making it sound like more than it is isn't something we do. It’s hard work and it requires a lot of patience from everyone involved. Sometimes customers are frustrated when plans change, and we just do our best to talk them through it in plain English. Gurgaon is a fast-paced city, and our office is no different. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure we don't miss any details. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we show up, do the job, and go home to our families in Haryana after work.
