Our team at Fareportal is based at E6/12 in DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon. This is a fairly well-known part of town, and being in the 122002 zip code area puts us close to a lot of other businesses. The office is a straightforward space where we handle all the travel-related work that comes our way. It’s not a massive skyscraper; it’s more of a regular building that blends into the street. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people with their heads down working on their systems. We spend a lot of time looking at flight schedules and dealing with customer requests. It’s the kind of job where you have to be detail-oriented, but we don't try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. The furniture is okay, maybe a bit old in some corners, but it gets the job done. We have a small kitchen area where we can heat up our lunch, which is pretty handy. On Fridays, things feel a bit more relaxed, but the workload usually stays the same. Finding parking on this street can be a real struggle if you arrive late, so most of us try to get here early. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve got a good group of people who just want to do their jobs right. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just book the trips and move on to the next.
