Fareportal India Pvt Ltd operates out of our office at B-179 in Tagore Garden Extension, New Delhi. This part of the city is a real mix of homes and small businesses, and we fit right into that local vibe. We’ve been in this building for several years now, and it’s where we handle a lot of the travel booking and customer support work. It’s definitely not a high-tech glass tower; it’s a more traditional building where we’ve set up our workstations. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking to travelers and the constant clicking of keyboards. We spend our days navigating flight systems and trying to sort out travel itineraries for people going all over the world. It can be quite stressful when there are delays or cancellations, and the office gets pretty loud during those times. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk here. We’re just a group of people who know how to navigate the travel industry and we work hard to keep everything running. Tagore Garden is a nice place to be because there are plenty of local spots to grab a quick bite during lunch. Sometimes the power goes out or things get a bit messy with the paperwork, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very straightforward operation where we focus on the task in front of us. We appreciate being part of this community in West Delhi and doing our daily work.
