Down in Param Puri, specifically at S-134 in Uttam Nagar, you’ll find our office for Fareportal Inc. New Delhi is always loud and moving, and this neighborhood is no different. We are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s a small space where we handle travel details and talk to people about their trips. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have a few computers and some old chairs. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and answering the phone. It gets pretty crowded in this part of Uttam Nagar, especially during the market hours. We usually grab lunch from the stalls nearby. The internet goes out sometimes, which is a headache, but we manage. We aren't some giant shiny building in the center of the city. We are just local people doing our jobs in a regular neighborhood. Sometimes a customer walks in with a lot of questions, and we sit down and figure it out together. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the locals know us. It’s just a normal office life with a lot of typing and occasionally a lot of tea. We don't mind the noise from the street because it makes the day go by faster.
