We are based over at C2/1268 in the Viceroy Luxury apartments in Ansal Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s on the second floor. Despite the "luxury" name of the building, our office is a pretty normal place where we work every day. We’ve got rows of desks and people with headsets on most of the time. Fare Portal is a big name in travel, but here in Palam Vihar, we are just a team of people trying to keep up with all the bookings. The 122001 area of Gurgaon is always moving fast. We’ve got a small pantry where we make coffee and take short breaks. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it is. We aren't into using big corporate jargon. We just focus on solving problems and getting people their travel details. The building has some nice trees around it, which is a change from the more industrial parts of Gurgaon. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while now. The staff comes from all over the local area. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily targets and a lot of work to do. It’s a practical, busy office and we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can without making it too complicated.
