Facility Manegment

Facility Manegment is based out of a house in Munirka Village. We are at House Number 202, right by the Baba Gang Nath Chowk in New Delhi. Munirka is a very tight-knit place with narrow lanes and lots of people. Our office is just a local spot where we coordinate all the cleaning and maintenance jobs. We have been in this village area for years. Most of the staff are locals who know every shortcut in the city. The chowk is always loud with traffic and people shouting, but inside the house, it is a bit quieter. We keep our supplies and tools stored nearby. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We do not spend much time on fancy marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign in the village. Managing facilities means we are always out and about, but this house is our home base. Sometimes we have meetings in the small front room to plan the week. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you are not from Delhi, but once you find Baba Gang Nath Chowk, we are right there. We just focus on keeping buildings in good shape. It is hard work and the days are long, but we like being part of the Munirka community. It is a simple setup for a simple job.
