We operate out of Quarter No. 96A, which is part of Dharmvir Singh’s place here in Gurgaon. It’s a modest setup, definitely not one of those big glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town. We mostly help people with travel stuff, like getting things sorted for their trips or helping with documents they might need. It’s a bit of a niche thing, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling phone calls and checking on schedules. Since we are in a residential-style area, it feels a bit more personal than a regular office. You might see us shuffling papers or talking to neighbors while we work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us because someone told them we helped them out before. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time double-checking dates and making sure nothing gets missed for the people who come to us. Gurgaon is a fast place, but in our little corner at 96A, we try to take things one step at a time so mistakes don't happen. It’s just a small business trying to do right by the folks who need a bit of help with their travel plans. It keeps us grounded and busy enough. It's a simple life for us here, just focusing on the paperwork and calls.
