We are based at 360, Sector-4 in Gurgaon. This part of the city is a bit more settled than the newer areas with all the glass towers. Our office at Et Trav Aides Pvt. Ltd. is a straightforward place. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and chairs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job for now. We spend most of our time helping people with their travel needs. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking various websites for info. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup generator that makes a lot of noise outside. The street is usually lined with parked cars and a few stray dogs sleeping in the shade under the trees. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a kettle for coffee. It is a quiet routine for the most part. We start in the morning and work until the evening light starts to fade. There is a lot of paper work involved in travel aids, so we are always filing something away in the folders. We do not have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door so people can find us. It is just us doing our work and making sure things get handled properly for the people who come to us for help.
