Our office is located at Wz-67 in Budhela, which is part of the Vikaspuri area in New Delhi. The pincode here is 110018. It’s a bit of a maze to get through the streets of Budhela if you aren't used to it. The buildings are old and close together, which gives the whole place a very lived-in feel. Et Trav Aides Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we go upstairs to get to our desks. The rooms are a bit small, and it gets quite warm in the summer, but we have our fans and the occasional breeze when the windows are open. Dealing with travel aids means we are usually on the phone or computer most of the day. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and the occasional stray cow. It’s a very grounded place to work. We aren't tucked away in some fancy high-rise. We are right there in the middle of the neighborhood. We usually get our chai from the vendor at the corner. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes when it rains, but we manage. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows each other’s names and we just focus on the day’s tasks without making a big deal about it. It works for us, and we like being part of the local scene here.
