We are set up at M-12/6 in DLF Phase-II, which is a busy part of Gurgaon in Haryana. Even though our name mentions Mumbai, this is where our daily operations happen. It’s a pretty standard office environment where we handle a lot of tech support and back-end work. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our shifts wearing headsets and looking at monitors. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once, but we’ve all learned to tune it out over time. We usually take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the city or the latest cricket scores. The commute into DLF Phase II can be a real headache with the traffic, so most of us are a bit tired by the time we sit down at our desks. We don't have any fancy perks like you see in those big tech movies; we just have a small kitchen area with a kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. We focus on getting through the tickets and the calls as they come in. It’s a fast-paced environment and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a server goes down, but we manage to keep everything running. We’re just a group of people working hard in the middle of a very busy city, trying to keep up with the pace.
