Eih Ltd. The Oberoi Group

We are located at the Trident Hilton, which is at 443 Udyog Vihar Phase V in Gurgaon. This part of Haryana is famous for being a huge business hub, so there are always cars and people moving around outside. Being part of the Oberoi Group means we are involved with the hotel and hospitality side of things, but our day-to-day is mostly spent in the office areas of the building. It’s a big, professional environment, but we try to keep things grounded in our own department. We deal with all the management and operational tasks that keep a big hotel running smoothly. The lobby might be fancy, but back where we work, it’s just people at computers trying to solve problems and manage bookings. Phase V can get incredibly crowded during rush hour, so most of us are experts at navigating the back roads of Gurgaon. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are taken care of. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes that nobody really notices unless something goes wrong. We’ve got a big team, but we still try to look out for each other and get the job done without too much drama. It is a busy place, but we have a good group of people who make it work every single day.
