Eigen Technical Services (Laing'Rourke Company)

Our office is located at Q 4104 in Devinder Vihar, right in Sector-56 of Gurgaon. It is a bit of a residential area so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big glass buildings downtown. We are part of the Laing'Rourke group but on the ground here, it’s just us working on technical stuff. The office is usually filled with papers and drawings because that’s the nature of what we do. People walk in, say hello, and get to their spots. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking over details to make sure everything is right. It gets busy, especially when there are deadlines looming, but we manage to keep our heads down and push through. Sector-56 has some good spots for a quick snack which helps when we've been working for hours. We have been at this address for a bit and the neighbors know us. The air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months because Gurgaon gets incredibly hot. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really spend time on making things look polished for no reason. It is a practical workplace for practical people. Eigen Technical Services is where we spend most of our daylight hours, just trying to be useful and get the technical bits sorted out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that is just part of living and working in this part of the world.
