Earth Italian Lounge

Earth Italian Lounge Bar is our place in Sector 15, Part 2 of Gurgaon. We have been here for a bit now, and it is a pretty lively spot to be. We mostly serve food and have a bar for people to sit at. It’s not a very formal place. We wanted it to be somewhere people could just come in and sit down after a long day of work in Gurgaon. The kitchen stays busy most of the time with different dishes. We have a team that works the late shifts since that is when most people like to come by. We spend a lot of time cleaning glasses and making sure the tables are wiped down. It can get a bit loud on the weekends when more people show up, but that is how a lounge usually is. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just run the place day by day. Sometimes we have to fix a chair or change a lightbulb in the bar area. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in the city. We just want it to be a place where the atmosphere is okay and the food is ready. Most people who come here live in the neighborhood or work nearby in Sector 15. We just keep the doors open and do our best.
