We are located at 300 Milansar Apartments in Paschim Vihar. Our office is right here in New Delhi with the pin code 110063. Working out of an apartment building is different than a regular office block. It feels a bit more like a home, which we actually prefer. We handle travel bookings and all the paperwork that goes with it. The space is filled with old maps and travel guides that we have collected over the years. It is a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Paschim Vihar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of families, so there is always something going on outside. We do not have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks making phone calls and checking schedules. Sometimes the lift in Milansar Apartments is out of service, so we have to walk up the stairs, which is good exercise anyway. We do not spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the people who call us for help with their trips. It is a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. Most of our neighbors in the building know what we do. We try to keep things quiet and not bother anyone. It is just a normal day's work in a normal Delhi apartment for us.
