Dominos Pizza

We are over at House Number 1528 in Laxman Vihar, Phase 2 in Gurgaon. This isn't one of those big outlets in a mall. It’s a local setup right in the neighborhood. The street is always busy with people coming and going. Inside, it smells like dough and toppings most of the day. It’s a practical space where we focus on getting orders ready. We have the ovens going and the staff is usually moving pretty fast. It gets really hot in the kitchen area, especially during the summer months. There are boxes stacked up in the corner and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit and eat, so it’s mostly for people picking things up. The floor is tiled and we spend a lot of time cleaning it. We’ve been in Laxman Vihar for some time and we know a lot of the people who live around here. The delivery bikes are parked out front, ready to go as soon as the timers beep. It’s a lot of work and it can get stressful when it’s busy on weekend nights. We just try to keep the rhythm going and make sure the orders are packed right. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any extra fluff. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a crowded part of Gurgaon, trying to keep up.
