Dolphin Hotels

Dolphin Hotels operates out of House Number 445 in Sector-23A, Gurgaon. It is not an actual hotel building itself, but the management office where we handle all the background work. It's a regular house in a quiet part of the sector. This area is quite nice because there are lots of parks and the streets are wide. It's a family-run kind of vibe here. You walk into the house and there’s a small area where we keep the ledgers and the phones. It’s not corporate or cold at all. We have tea together and talk about the day’s work. The house is easy to find once you enter the sector. We’ve been here for years. The neighbors know us as the hotel people even though the actual hotels are in other locations. Gurgaon can be a bit crazy with the traffic, but Sector-23A is tucked away from the main madness. We spend most of our time coordinating things from these rooms. The walls have some old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the months. It’s not a polished environment. It’s just a workspace where stuff actually gets done. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders in if we leave the main gate open. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have a big HR department. We just do what needs doing to keep the hotels running. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is.
