Dlf-Golf & Country Club, Gurgaon

This administrative office for the club is located at House Number 3322 in Chandralok Society. It’s right in DLF Phase IV, Chakkarpur. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main Gurgaon roads. The office is basically a house that we’ve repurposed for our daily work. We handle the memberships, the billing, and the general management from here. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are folders piled up on the tables and a few old computers that we use. The kitchen serves as our break room. We have a small team of people who have been with the club for a long time. We know the members by name and keep track of everything on paper and on our screens. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of trees and families walking around. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many couriers coming in, so we try to keep things low-key. We don't have any marketing posters or fancy displays. It’s just a place where we get the paperwork done so the golf and country club can run smoothly. The furniture is mismatched and the printer has its moods, but it gets the job done. It feels more like a community spot than a business office. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. It’s a simple, practical way to work.
