Dhoot Developers Pvt Ltd is located in the Time Tower on M.G. Road in Gurgaon. We are right in the middle of Sector 28. It’s a busy part of town, and the building is full of different companies. Our office is where we handle the real estate and development projects we have going on. It’s not a quiet place; there are always people coming in and out, and the phones are usually ringing with calls from contractors or buyers. We have a lot of blueprints and maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to work. Being on M.G. Road means we are easy to reach, but the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We just deal with it like everyone else in Gurgaon. We spend our time checking on sites and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. The office in Time Tower is our main base for all this activity. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just do the development work that needs doing. It’s a straightforward operation. If you need us, you just come to the tower in Sec-28. That’s where you’ll find the whole crew working. The lift in Time Tower is always full around lunch, so we usually just stay at our desks and eat.
