We spend most of our time here at Time Tower on M.G. Road. If you know Gurgaon, you know how this area gets during the morning rush hour. It’s a very busy spot in Sector 28. Dhoot Developers Pvt Ltd has been around for quite a while now. We mostly handle building projects and managing properties from this office. It’s a typical office setup with desks, some blueprints lying around, and plenty of tea being made throughout the day. People come in and out for meetings about land or construction updates. It’s not always quiet, especially with the traffic noise outside, but we get the work done. Being right on the main road makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioning in the office is a life saver. We often grab lunch from the little stalls nearby because it’s quick and easy. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the paperwork is right and the sites are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at computers. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we all know each other’s habits. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff; we just focus on the buildings we’re working on. The office feels lived-in. There are files stacked up and some maps on the wall. It’s just how we operate.
