You can find us on the first floor of House Number 1269, tucked away in Gali Number 5. This is over in Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this street, but we’ve made a good spot for ourselves here. We handle a lot of the background work for the food business. It’s not a restaurant where you come to eat, but rather the place where the planning and the admin happen. There are always crates or papers moving around. Since we are on the first floor, we get a good view of the street below, which is always full of people and rickshaws. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. It’s not the kind of place that has a big sign outside. We just go about our business, making sure the supply lines are working and the numbers add up. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just part of life in this area. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to make sure the work gets done so the outlets can keep running smoothly. It’s a practical, busy little office in a very real part of town. We just deal with the daily chores and keep the operation moving forward.
