You’ll find us at 23/41 in Sector 41, Gurgaon. We’ve been here for a while, running our tours and travels business. It’s a decent-sized office where we spend our time planning trips and figuring out travel routes for people. We aren't one of those big online travel sites where you never talk to a human. Here, you can actually see us working at our desks, surrounded by maps and travel brochures that are sometimes a bit out of date. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people find annoying, like booking buses or arranging cars for long trips. Sector 41 is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the people around here over the years. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it feels a bit chaotic, but we usually have everything under control. We don't put on any airs; we just want to make sure your trip goes okay and that the driver shows up where he’s supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking names and dates. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the door or filing some papers. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one that people in Gurgaon can come to when they need to get away for a bit. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bookings.
