Our place is in Jalvayu Vihar, over in Sector 31 of Gurgaon. It’s at C-150. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s a bit more settled than some of the newer parts of the city. We’ve been running this tours and travels business for quite a few years now. The office is filled with brochures and old maps, though most things are on the computer these days. We spend the day booking flights and figuring out hotel stays for people. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to find the right prices. Sometimes things go wrong with a flight and we have to stay late to fix it. That’s just the nature of travel. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s families. It feels more like a small family business than anything else. We don't really do the hard sell. If someone wants to go somewhere, we just help them get there. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon which is nice. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. Dealing with the NCR traffic to get here can be a pain, but once we’re inside, it’s a decent place to work. We just try to be honest with people about what they’re buying. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood here.
