Dell Intl Services, Mohali

This is Dell Intl Services in Mohali, located at C 51 on the first floor of the Old DLF Colony. It is a pretty standard office setup in a neighborhood that has been around for a while. We are not in one of those shiny new tech parks. We are in an older part of the colony, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. Upstairs, we have our teams working on various service tasks. It is mostly technical stuff and helping people with their computer problems. The office can get a bit cluttered with spare parts and old boxes, but that is just how we work. We have people from all over Mohali and Chandigarh coming in for their shifts. It is a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking through technical issues. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the repairs and the support calls done so people can get back to using their laptops. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the parking outside can be a real headache sometimes. But we have been here at C 51 for a good while and we know the area well. It is just a place where we do our work and try to be useful. We are just a group of technicians and support staff trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone. We like to get things fixed and call it a day.
