Dell International Services

Our office is tucked away in Q 4099 Devender Vihar, which is over in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the huge IT parks most people think of when they hear Dell International Services. Since we are in a residential area, it feels a bit more relaxed, though the work is still pretty constant. We spend most of our time on calls or staring at screens helping people with their tech problems. The building is a standard size and we’ve made the most of the space inside with desks and some break areas. Commuting to this part of Haryana can be a bit of a trek if you don't live nearby, but the neighborhood is decent with some trees and small shops around. We have a small pantry where we spend too much time talking about cricket or the traffic on the way in. The furniture is functional and the lighting is bright enough to keep us awake during those long shifts. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy. Usually, it's just us and the security guard at the gate. We get a lot of work done here without the noise of the main city bothering us. It feels more like a community than just a corporate office because we all know each other’s names and how we take our coffee.
