Our office for Delhi Cranex Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot No. 14/14 in Block A, over in Sikandarpuram. Being in DLF City-1 means things are always moving around us, with new buildings going up all the time. We deal with cranes and heavy lifting equipment, so our day usually involves a lot of scheduling and checking on the gear. It is not a quiet office job by any means. There is always someone coming in with dirty boots or a delivery driver looking for the right gate. We have been at this spot for a while now. The space inside isn't huge, but we have organized it so we can keep track of all our paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything on paper for a few hours. It is frustrating, but we make it work. We aren't some corporate giant with a thousand employees and fancy titles. It is a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the machinery before it leaves. We try to stay on top of the maintenance because that is the most important part of what we do. If a machine isn't right, we just don't send it out to a site. It is pretty straightforward. We eat our lunch together most days at the big table in the back room. It is a simple life, just making sure the work gets done correctly and everyone stays safe.
