We've been over here in Civil Lines for a while now. The office in Friends Colony gets pretty busy during the day. Most people know us for moving things back and forth between Delhi and Assam, which is a long way if you think about it. Our drivers spend a lot of time on the road. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather gets rough or the traffic is backed up for miles. We just focus on getting the trucks where they need to go. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter. We have a small team here in Gurgaon handling the paperwork and talking to the guys on the road. It’s mostly about tracking schedules and making sure the loads are sorted out properly. We don't do anything fancy, just the daily routine of transport. Dealing with logistics means there’s always something coming up, like a flat tire or a delay at a checkpoint. We just deal with it as it happens. The office isn't too large, but it serves us well enough for what we do. You’ll usually find someone here checking manifests or drinking tea while waiting for a delivery confirmation. It’s just how we run things every day. We’ve seen Gurgaon change a lot around us, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It is honest work and it keeps us all very occupied.
